Finished book 2 on Saturday at the park while Wesley played in the sand book - he lost four of his little toys - Woody, and Buzz Jessie and Barbie but we went back on Sunday and they were found and given back to him - note sand boxes seem to absorb whatever is put in it.
Now to the book- this is the second in a series - we find our main character - Casey in a routine with her now boyfriend Nate - and not time jumping as much - until she gets a "cute" next door neighbor and has problems with her brother Tim.
Unfortunately Tim goes back in time with her - and this book is about saving him - one of the clan from the 1860's actually comes back with her - because Tim wanted to be in the Civil War and there are pictures of him from the 1860's in our time. We all wanted Willie to stay here - but if he didn't go back then ironically, the cop who saved Tim at a bank heist - wouldn't have been there to save him.
I so love twists and turns and this book definitely gave both! Four thumbs up - and I can't wait to read the next one!
